Advertise only is relatively new so if your happy to conduct your own viewings we can advertise on most of the major portals from just £35.00.

Alternatively we can visit your property, take photos and a description then advertise on Rightmove - Zoopla - Find A Property - Primelocation and many many more. In addition we will fully reference your prospective tenant/s.All you do is conduct the viewings. Cost for this service is £95.00We can also prepare a Tenancy Agreement and errect a To Let board all at very reasonable fees.
