The Alarming Company was founded in the late Eighties by Ian and Alistair Austin. Alistair's strengths lay a unique technical aptitude combined with the ability to interpret and deliver customer needs. Ian's career had been based around professional sales and administration, and he shared his brother's passion for electronics.

Thus the Alarming Company was born. The company was established on a very simple principle:quality. The brothers felt that no company would be able to install an alarm system to the standard of quality which they would accept. So they created a team that would truly be able to interpret and honour customer requirements.
