Dear Andy and Debi and all at The Searson Family Funeral Service, The whole family would like to express our gratitude to you both, for the kindness and compassion you showed us when we needed it the most for our loved one Linda/Mum. At a time of stress and great sadness, you became a beacon of light showing us the way out of the darkness that was created by being badly let down by another funeral director, with your warm friendly and caring nature. You demonstrated that nothing was too much trouble and you included us every step of the way in preparing the service. It was a comfort and we all felt relieved in knowing Linda/Mum was safe in your hands in a more caring environment, where visiting arrangements was highly flexible and tranquil and where compassion is put before profit. The celebration of life service was, without doubt, second to none and was a wonderful tribute to a truly special lady, you conducted it with great care and attention to detail such has the candles and the beautifully made booklets which we will treasure for eternity. There informal, friendly and caring approach provides you with the reassurance one needs at a difficult time. Their attention to every conceivable detail is something that makes them stand out way ahead of any other funeral service I have used or experienced before.
